  Sharon and I have been visiting Independant Baptist Churches in Citrus County, we really our enjoyed our visit, the Pastor's wife and several other ladies made Sharon feel welcome, the Pastor spoke to me although i don't remember any other man approaching me.

  It is never easy to read an account of a impression on a church you love and serve that is negitive in content. I do remember that day and yes the two at the sound booth were to loud. An incident that I have since address long before this note was written, and I was most recenlty made aware. What the writer is not aware of is the man was loosing his wife to cancer and deeply stressed. We all make mistakes in life and some times people observe those mistakes. As the Pastor of Victory I deeply am sorry for Tammie's bad experiance that Sunday Morning. The "Vistors Welcome Bag" contained a visitors card, but I did not receive one from her or did I find her name written in the registry book of November 16. 2009. If I had I would certainly ask for her forgivness and any reprouch that may have taken place in the Name of Christ. We work hard to be friendly and relevant to our community and my main goul is to teach His Children to fall in love with Jesus a-new everyday. Thank You and God bless

  That was a great response of the Pastor to the person who seemed to be distressed about visiting Victory Church. From my own experience as a pastor, I can say that the pastorate has a myriad of details that to the casual observer may go unnoticed. With leadership that reflects humility and a desire to improve on areas that need work, that is pretty hard to condemn. After all, ministry is about bringing glory to Jesus Christ and leading people to a personal relationship with Him.
